Matthew Lucia presented his research, “Agriculturally-Relevant, Artificial Cell Biosensors Are Deployable In Situ and Enabled by Encapsulated, Bacterial Cell Lysates,” at this year’s Synthetic Biology: Engineering, Evolution, & Design (SEED) conference. His work highlights the potential of artificial cell-based biosensors for real-time, field-deployable agricultural monitoring. Great job, Matthew!
The last 3 cities Neha has moved to (Philadelphia, Boston, and now Chicago!) have won the World Series within the year! Go Cubs!
